Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only for defective products or services not rendered as agreed.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of defect or discrepancy.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur charges or may not be accepted depending on the stage of processing or shipment.

Delivery Policy

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.

Return / Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products, or incorrect shipments.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
